02 / From our warehouse to your packhouse
Three steps, and the pallet bay is full again
Nothing complicated. We are not a mill and we do not pretend to be one. We are the people who make sure the right packaging is standing in your shed before the first bin comes in off the block.
Step 01
You tell us what you pack
A phone call is usually enough. Crop, carton size, how many pallets a week and when your picking window opens. If you are not sure of the spec, we will work it out with you off the back of what your packhouse already runs.
Step 02
We hold it in the warehouse
Cartons, corner pieces and film sit stacked, strapped and ready under our roof, not on a lead time. Repeat lines get planned into our stock holding before the season starts, so a busy week never turns into an empty pallet bay.
Step 03
It lands at your farm gate
Our own truck runs the loads out. Andrew knows the farm roads, the gates and which side of the shed to reverse up to, so the drop-off is quick and the packaging goes straight to where it gets used.

Accounts, consignments and cross-border loads
Monthly accounts
Approved farms trade on an Agribox account, with everything drawn through the month settled at month end. No stop-start payments in the middle of a picking window.
Consignment stock
Large clients can hold Agribox stock on consignment at the packhouse, so packaging is on hand the moment it is needed and only paid for once it is used.
Cross-border supply
We export to Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana and other neighbouring countries, with paperwork and loads planned around your dispatch dates.

The things you would ask on the phone
Do you have minimum order quantities?
For stocked lines we can supply anything from a few bundles to full truckloads. Custom printed or non-standard sizes are ordered in, so those carry a run quantity we will confirm up front.
How quickly can you deliver?
For farms in Hoedspruit, Letsitele, Tzaneen and surrounding outlying areas, stocked lines are mostly delivered same-day. During peak harvest we plan routes a week ahead, so tell us your picking dates and we will build your drops around them.
Can I open an account?
Yes. Approved farms trade on a monthly account, with everything drawn through the month settled at month end. Give us a call and we will send the application through.
Do you supply cartons with our own branding?
We can source printed cartons carrying your farm or brand marks. Send us your artwork and current carton spec and we will come back with options and pricing.
Do you export?
We supply into Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana and other neighbouring countries. If your country is not listed, enquire anyway.
What if you do not stock what I need?
Then we go and get it. Sourcing is the job. If it is packaging that moves produce, we will find it and quote it.
